New JGSC President, Jane Rothstein Press Release

The Jewish Genealogy Society of Cleveland (JGSC) is pleased to announce that, following the retirement of President and First Vice-President for Programming Dr. Deborah A. Katz, Jane Rothstein has stepped up to serve as its new President. Rothstein also serves as the Second Vice-President for Membership and manages the JGSC’s library collection, housed at Congregation Mishkan Or’s Hartzmark Library.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Jewish Genealogy Society of Cleveland (JGSC) and Congregation Mishkan Or (CMO) will hold a community open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 11.

This is the first JGSC/CMO co-sponsored event since the merger of the two oldest reform temples in Cleveland -- Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple and The Temple-Tifereth Israel.
